Step 1: Register and send us a message
Open our FASTSABUY EXPRESS App and register. First time customers will fill out the following contact details:

We require a picture of your valid ID upon submitting the details above. You only have to do this on your initial registration.

Step 2: Place order or request
Once you’ve decided what you want, send us your order or request for review and verification.

Step 3: Finalize order and details
We will confirm your order and details. Once order is placed, we will provide you the total amount, including the delivery fee.

Occasionally, an item is not available in the restaurant or store. Should there be any changes to your order, FASTSABUY EXPRESS will contact you immediately via phone or Facebook Messenger. You can choose to change your order or cancel it altogether. If you paid via bank deposit or online transfer, you will be refunded for the entire purchase.

FASTSABUY EXPRESS is not involved in any of the food preparation and is not responsible for issues or allergies resulting from ordered food. If you have a food allergy, please inform us with your order so that we can advise the restaurant about it.

Don’t panic! FASTSABUY EXPRESS is here to help. Please contact us thru phone or Facebook messenger to modify or cancel your order. Cancellation is dependent on whether the restaurant or store has already made your order or not. Call or chat with us online, and we’ll see if cancellation is possible.

You will be contacted by our delivery drivers when your order is in process and will be given updates on the status of your order and the location of the driver.

The restaurant or store is responsible for preparing and packaging your order, but our delivery drivers make sure that we check the items before we leave the store premises. If your order is incorrect, please let us know immediately and we’ll work with the restaurant or store to make things right.

The time of arrival for your order depends on real time delays such as busy kitchens, traffic jams, poor weather, etc. Exact time of arrival is adjusted accordingly.

There is no minimum purchase required at FASTSABUY EXPRESS! Our delivery fees start at ₱80.00 with additional charges depending on location and the number of restaurants or stores you’re ordering from.

It is up to you how much you’d like to give or if you don’t tip at all. But if you are completely satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to! Our delivery drivers receive 100% of all tips provided.

We accept payments through cash on delivery, GCash, Coins.ph, PayMaya, BDO and BPI bank deposits, Western Union and LBC.
